A Path to Success: Kevin Orlando Chavez Ramirez & Luis Rafael Aguilar Urcuyo
Kevin and Luis Rafael joined OSI Academy in Nicaragua, a rigorous three-month training program designed to equip participants with essential IT skills. Their dedication and hard work paid off, and they are now working directly with clients, proving the effectiveness of our academy in shaping top-tier talent.
What They Learned at OSI Academy
During their training, they mastered various skills, including:
- Understanding and leveraging Microsoft Copilot.
- Setting up and customizing Copilot for efficiency.
- Using Copilot in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to streamline workflows.
- Managing tasks, reminders, and meetings with Copilot in Teams.
- Enhancing productivity through AI-driven assistance.
The academy provided them with hands-on experience, allowing them to develop both technical and problem-solving skills. After completing the program, both candidates earned their Computer Technician Tier 1 diploma, demonstrating their expertise and readiness for the workforce. A total of five diplomas were awarded, marking a significant achievement for our inaugural class.
More Talent Joining OSI’s Clients
In addition to Kevin and Luis, two more individuals, Engel Josue Soza Zeledon & Jorge Guillen Acuña, have also secured positions with our clients. While they did not go through the OSI Academy, their skills and determination have made them valuable additions to their respective teams. This further highlights the growing demand for skilled professionals and OSI’s ability to connect talent with the right opportunities.
Recognizing All OSI Academy Graduates
While not all graduates have been placed with clients yet, their hard work and achievements deserve recognition. Alongside Kevin and Luis, three more individuals successfully completed the OSI Academy program and earned their Computer Technician Tier 1 diplomas:

The Growth of OSI in Nicaragua
OSI Academy is a key initiative in our Nicaragua operations, which we proudly launched in October last year. Our expansion into Nicaragua was a strategic decision to tap into a pool of talented individuals eager to develop their skills and advance their careers. Seeing our first group of trained professionals successfully transition into client-facing roles is a major milestone for us.
